It's not surprising that Sauron could bring Orcs back as well.

Bro I never even heard of this game till I won a key for it a couple weeks ago.. but if I have to fight the same orc 6 times.. like.. wtf.. hahahaha
I have not died to an orc yet.. they have all been pretty easy to cheese so far.. I did run from one though because literally nothing I did hurt him lol.. then I read that I needed fire damage which I do not have yet. So I need to be a bit more aware and actually read the stats and stuff.
... and then I kill them again
all in all the game just throws it as a curveball every now and then to both keep the leader pool populated, and give you something interesting to discuss. like how you now in this post have a 2x rival who really wants you dead lol
just find ways to have fun and toy with him I guess lol
Need more Ologs? Just die to one!
Who remembers when the internet was lacking and people had to figure out game mechanics themselves?
Every single game back then had secrets to discover, and it was always fun to figure them out.
With this whole web thing, information is a lot easier to obtain.
Secrets tend to be...less fulfilling then they are now. Mostly if one has prior knowledge to a game, but no one can fault this.
People need to know if games are good, or bad these days. we have reviews, video game plays, and forums discussing all these intrinsic little discoveries.
It's not bad. But it does take away some the mystery and having to deal with the ordeals of painful game overs, and learning from a mistake.
The Topic Creator here did it well, though, with a free key, things come into question because there was no stake, they didn't need to find out if the game was good or bad, they just jumped right in.
True gamer spirit.
I'd be confused too if I had to kill a boss of a game twice. It's naturally unheard of.
'Boss' is used loosely in this context, I do consider the Captains a sort of 'mini boss.'
I don't believe I can add any other context that hasn't been said by the others.
Though, be sure that the concept of life and death are blurred in this game, it's not black and white as it is in real life. So, be sure to throw those principles out the window, the pretext that the dead can rise is a core element of this title.
poisoned him which he cheated death making him into a plague bringer full of poison.
We've been butting heads for 2 months after that, yes 2 months.
He finally stayed dead at the end of Feb and thank god for that because at that point he always 1 uped me, more so when in rage.
lmaoo ok ok.. this was funny.
It’s amazing how much dialog is in the game, just from uruks (and ologs) alone.
I had cut up this one dude, sliced his arm clean off.
The bugger cheated death. He now has metal arm. Mostly like pliers in fashion. I sliced him in half this time.
The bugger cheated death. He has a new title, “The Machine,” and his torso is pretty much a metal plate I think. Anyway. I do something to his face, and I can’t remember what.
The bugger cheated death. He has a bag over his head. Poor fellow. I did something to him...Idk, maybe threw him off a building this time?
That was the last I heard of him. I kind of miss bag head.
In Shadow of Mordor, Sauron's Black Hand performed the ritual killing of Talion's family and then Talion himself in an echo of the ritual death of Celebrimbor's family and Celebrimbor.
This was done to summon Celebrimbor back and bind the elf-lord's spirit into Talion's body as a deathless wraith, making Talion+Celebrimbor vulnerable to Sauron's power and domination.
And in Shadow of War, Celebrimbor and Talion disagree about Isildur's fate. Celebrimbor leaves Talion and possesses Eltariel instead. Talion manages to remain alive-- or undead-- by putting on Isildur's ring, which is under Sauron's aegis like all of the Rings of Power made for mortal men. And so Talion gradually becomes a Nazgul.
