Definitive is all he Shadow Of War content, which is fine;
The Shadow Bundle is all that PLUS Shadow Of Mordor, the first game, which you should totally play first.

Shadow Bundle.
It includes all content from the first and second game.
You should buy that version if you don't own shadow of Mordor; and you should play Shadow Of Mordor first if you want the story to make more sense in Shadow of War.

Shadow Of Mordor also acts as an incredible 50h tutorial for SoW, while it's more of the same, SoW improves on SoM in some subtle ways.
