Are the free DLC texture packs shareable through Family Share?

I have the game installed on my PC through my brother's account by using family share but I guess the free DLC texture packs are off limits?

All free DLC and all paid dlc for free games can not be shared. It is this way for every game and has always been this way


If you opt in to the new family sharing you can share free dlc for paid games. So yes you can do it but you need to opt in to the new family sharing.





(side note: I think the new family sharing is too good to be true, it is in beta I think they going to make it worse over time due to pushback from devs but that is just a guess, I would say opt in to the new family sharing and enjoy it while you can)

Thanks for the help. I ended up just buying the game and all the DLC, it was so cheap.
