Cheated death

Hey guys i've played this game more than 400 hours up to now and since the last 60 hours maybe more i haven't seen any cheated death orcs. I know there is some tips to increase the chance but as i remembered some orcs cheated death more than 1 times but i just only kill them like any kind of orcs. I really don't know what is going on right now.
Not only cheated death, ambush and betrayal is not usually too, Only blood brother revenge.
Any idea guys ?

Some claim the nemesis system can be broken if you redownload the game and resume your save. Was planning to test a whole game without uninstalling to test it.

Or its just a long run's issue but I wait the results of the broken save by downloading thing.

From what I've heard getting killed by the same orc 2+ times and then killing them in return pretty much guarantees they'll cheat death, majorly to keep a long running nemesis alive. Haven't tested this myself but it seems to be the general consensus

I've had orcs cheat death twice today after entering a new area and getting my ass slapped like 6 times in a row in the same camp. What the dude above said could be possible

To my knowledge, the nemesis system becomes more diluted the more you play the game. The developers intended this to make an orc who cheats death or becomes your nemesis to be unique and memorable. The downside is that Nemesis occurrences become few and far between the further you get into the game.

Betrayals, I think, are more likely to happen if you die a lot, or if the map is occupied with mostly friendly orcs. Generic ambushes happen after spending a certain amount of time in the overworld, but there are some orc-specific interactions with certain criteria, such as 'The Grog Maker' or 'Of The Spiders.'

My advice if you wish for more nemesis interactions is to die more. This can be accomplished by either dying on purpose repeatedly to a chosen orc, or upping the difficulty. If you find even the max difficulty too easy, however, you may be inclined to start a new game. In that case I would recommend backing up your current save in case you change your mind.

Yeah it's too much rare sadly. I only had 2 cheat death and very few betrayals. I still remember the time a few years ago when I was in my castle walking then 3 of my guys betrayed me and killed one of my loyal guys. I wish there was a setting for nemesis system where i could increase chance of certain things.

Pretty much all week me and another orc have been battling heads from front to back....
I can't remember his first title, but while fighting another cap he shot me and became a lucky shot (now I understand why vendetta has so many..) got revenge. Cheated death killed me. (only because he's a super fast learner and fast attacker) Became Tark Slayer title.

Killed him again, took his left arm for myself. Came back with a metal claw and 1 ups me. Killed him again and took both his arms. Cheated again and kills me. Got revenge again and poisoned him to death. Cheated AGAIN and got the title Venomous, legend stats and now poisoned build and killed me 3 MORE times because he's ignoring my stun attacks since hes in rage. Finished him off with arrows, CHEATED AGAIN and kills me!

Ran back to him in anger, got myself killed by another cap fighting him in which running back to kill him he kills that cap and every other cap around him since he's in rage leaving me and him alone. Finished him off again a few moments ago.

I need to play something else before I lose my mind.

yesterday i had to kill 3 of my captains, the first one had a blood thing and the others thought they could be better. All while a insane asylum escapee whose only lines were moaning kept jumping out of the bushes, shanking me, and running away.

I think im going to loose my mind too

Maybe thats the thing to do, back up saves to keep it fresh...

At 40 h in current game I already have the nemesis quests vanishe everytime thing, and just had a solo betrayer, in the beginning.
This game wasnt fun aniway. Dark only recruits.
Had death cheaters but they werent interesting.

Thanks a lot for every advice guys. As i said i have tried a lot, tried to be killed a lot, tried to kill orcs with physical damage a lot, re-download the game twice but nothing happen. So now i think i have to backup the save file but i dont know how ?
