So, I heard GOG version of the game doesn't have online..

I got the game free from twitch prime on GOG and recently started trying it and been loving it. Found out it has several online functions, pvp stuff. However, only thing I see for only related in my game is Online Pit Fights on the map. I don't see the so called 'market' tab on the army map as someone mentioned, I don't see the "WB Play".. So, I'm confused. Does GOG version really not have online and does the steam version have Online functions that's actually connectable and able to use market, pit fights, etc? I wanna know if online is still a thing and on steam before I actually go buying it on steam just to even get the whole game unlike GOG stripping the online part (possibly)

GOG has no online even tho the content is still there telling you about it. They just never bothered removing it since the games a little old. The reason is has no online is due to its connections with Hydra and denuvo, they are connected with each other. Since gog has no denuvo that means no online. (which is why we keep telling people who don't care about online or want denuvo to get the gog version but too dumb to read and rather argue over nothing.)

The market is no more, gone for years and thank god for that.
You get orcs from players in online vendetta missions or raiding random users in online conquest. Can't find a orc you've seen on some youtube video in your own world? Check someone else in vendetta missions or who knows you may find it in conquest.

The only thing WB has for you is asking you to sign up for a newsletter (if I recall) for more exp while killing orcs. That's it. You don't need to do it but it's there.
It's also weekly rotations of events for chest rewards like setting orcs on fire or killing them with mounts, not many, not much, but it's there I guess.
