That being said, the first time I played the game a couple years back was on a 144 Hz monitor and it was fine then too, but I was also using a different graphics card. I think it was a 1080 Ti.
Some games or developers are known for locking their physics to framerate (Bethesda is notorious for this stupidity), so I can't deny it may be the case here.
Well then I can't understand why mine look so poor then. Even on 60fps its pretty bad, and my cards from the same generation as yours. My monitor goes up to 240hz, but if the physics are fine for you at 60 and dirt poor for me at 60 then it's gotta be something else
That's the only thing I can think of.
I don't know nothing about other (Radion?) cards. So not sure what they use.
For those of you saying your physics are "fine", set the game to 30 fps max and see what it's supposed to look like. It's night and day. I almost wished I hadn't checked because I hadn't really had an issue with it before, but now that I know what the game should look like, it sort of hurt the experience.
Still not worth 30 fps though, so it looks like we're stuck with it.
