Nope. It's black blood anyway and you rarely even see blood anyway, at least I never noticed all these years playing.

Thinking now I can't recall a single game besides Turok 1 that allows you to turn blood off. hmm...

No, Its both insanely gory and bloody and yet not that bad at the same time.

There is no need for such an option. And if you've got a personal problem with blood in video games - this isn't the game for you.
Come on Dan don't be like that

Nope, no such setting. I understand your concern.

Resident evil.

Yeah, but seriously ... who did that? Why? Sure, let's buy a zombie game with a clear warning at the beginning that this game contains violence just to go straight to the option menu and turn of red pixels ...

People hate blur effects in games but that won't stop them from buying it to try and enjoy it. This is the same thing. Some people ignore it others can't, alright?

Also I don't think RE had blood options, i'll look it up later. I would say Mortal Kombat 1 but that was a cheat not an option.

You don't expect motion blur effects in any video game because it's not "natural to be in there". You expect blood in a zombie game, fully aware that you use weapons to get rid of them. So of course it won't be clean. That's the difference.

Actually a lot of games allow you to disable blood, but I don't care, seen enough decapitations on kaotic to be immune to this sort of thing. (Heads don't fly, they just fall) What's even worse that it doesn't allow you to disable slomo, so you have to suffer through all the cutscenes in a snail's pace, because devs had a weird fetishism towards executions and want you to see the head flying away after it's been cut the 100th ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ time. You and devs prolly have something in common if you love that.

Probably, it only last a few seconds so that doesn't bother me at all. And yeah, I know a lot of games have disable blood but I still can't think of any aside from turok since that's the game I used to play a lot.
