Question about the cheat engine.

I'm using the cheat engine to change the appearance of my followers but when changing the look of their faces most faces won't appear and my game slows down, is it because the engine is old and just needs an update, have any of you had this problem?

You need to delete that orc, don't ever edit their face. It doesn't break the game but, makes it takes forever to load the pause screen.

I noticed at least with ologs there are two faces that always appear and don't slow the game those being the Olog Buff Head 01 G and the 02 G but all the others slow the game down.
