Ringwraith ability

So this new thing replaced elven rage. Does that mean elven rage duration boost doesn't affect this ability? Like the elvenrune ring has the boost duration passive

it still works with ringwraith. the only difference is you melee attack now instead of range attack with it. But tbh ringwraith is better due to being able to resurrect the dead

When i tried wearing it i see no difference in duration. Must be bug?
