Witcher 3 is not older than Skyrim.
Skyrim was released 2011, Witcher 3 in 2015.
Other than that, yes, the Switch would have difficulties running Shadow of War.
The only way for it to run would make the game look atrocious.
Witcher 1 isn't on Switch so that doesn't make any sense. That was the whole point his quoted post was trying to make, that even Witcher 3 is on Switch.
He's talking about porting an older game. It makes perfect sense. You need to stop rage typing and read what is being typed.
No, it doesn't. You didn't even read the Thread. The quoted post mentioned Witcher being on Switch (of which ONLY Witcher 3 is on there), and used it as a point for bringing Shadow of War as well.
The post I responded to then said Witcher is older than Skyrim, which would be true except it was Witcher 3 what this is about, which is NOT older.
Again, Witcher 1 is NOT on Switch.
Maybe you should start reading and comprehending Threads instead of just trying to say something.
You have to put resources into the porting project.
Man power.
Monetary costs.
For a decision like this to happen, there would need to be a reward for such a risk. They probably decided not to go this rout, as the profits would likely be marginal.
Check into the fact the Switch has been out for a while, it would be dangerous to pour these resources into a console that may be soon obsolete.
The witcher 3 is miracle in switch using a card of 64 gb to make complete edition. Shadow of wars have like 96 gb, any card have this so or split and put card with download or do digital only or big downgrade to make the game in 64 gb... any choice is much work for sure
