Or any other female NPC's? I know main character is cisgender straight white male, but if we can't romance anyone and anything, maybe there is a mods for that? Any idea?

No, there is no romance other than his once past life with his human wife storyline, this is not role playing where you create character and had any romance any person, this is a action adventure storyline, more or less. That's what those game developers had in their mind.
