Or any other female NPC's? I know main character is cisgender straight white male, but if we can't romance anyone and anything, maybe there is a mods for that? Any idea?

Sure you can: Here's how :) Go find a Goth Girl that looks like her (Cookie cutter looks are abundant) Noting that her persona is a large black spider (likely a black widow) make sure you find a non-covert narcissist. On the one hand its not a problem it just doesn't exist in game and has to be sought from other forms of media. That game needs no saving, it needs to be shut down. When other users are scared to vote kick someone hacking because they don't wanna look like a b**** WHEN SOMEONE IS CHEATING, you know that community has some serious issues and needs to be cracked down. People say it's worse community's out here, NO! TF and Dota have serious social issues thanks to bad parenting.

If dota shuts down it will be like a dirty bomb going off, all their players would be destributed oh so lovingly across the gaming community and make not so great chats and multiplayer experiences FAR worse then they ever could be on their own.

Just took a quick look around, nothing along the lines of what you are looking for (at least from what was written here) exists as far as I can tell, to be fair their aren't really a lot of places where lord of the rings "content" exists and of those places a lot of it would likely predate the shadow of mordor series so... yeah you're kind of screwed. I would recommend heading in the visual novel/RPG direction if you want romance, especially if you want handholding but if you want to stick to 3D... maybe something like Koikatsu and then mod it to hell and try that but thats a lot of effort to change a school... college? whatever the hell that game is set in, into a fantasy setting. I'm not well versed in the 3D RPG genre but its possible something exists out there, unfortunatly their aren't any databases for those games like there are for visual novels (and even in that field I couldn't name a single game if I tried). If you decide on the VN route: https://vndb.org/v this site is the one that was recommended to me, it seems pretty extensive so you should be able to find something that fits your fancy.
