Was Shelob the Spider in Return Of The King?
I only just realized when seeing a massive spider on the floor in my house. I was thinking "Aragog", but then I googled "LOTR Spider" and it came up as both "Shelob" and "Kankra"
It's been a while since I watched the movie, but I remembered it as just a big ass spider sam killed in the third movie. There was no reason to assume it had any significant lore to it.

Is it Shelob? What is Kankra?

Yes it's that same Shelob. However SoM and SoW are well known to reinvent quite an amount of the original Middle-Earth lore by Tolkien so don't take everything you read in the game too seriously.

Yeah the same, but in the movie its just a spider and they wanted a human form in the game (why? cant tell, could have used someone else i guess xd).
A hobbit succeded in what Nazguls didnt, shameful.
Kankra? I doubt its Shelob mother name (Ungolian, something like that), and no other spider in LOTR so... maybe Ungoly or unrelated uh.

Probly due to arachniphobia exist and in books always seemed the spider was not in team sauron as if samwise had not interfered the ring would been lost in the caves below
