No you can't die. If you die, the Uruk who killed you, will get promoted.

Still a great game though, and dying has a purpose as mentioned above

more like a way to abuse the system by generating more captains for you to hunt and loot or recruit. xD xD :D

Honestly, i always thought that if a grunt killed a captain they should automatically get a promotion
