Low GPU and CPU Usage

Hello Everyone,

For some reason my gpu and cpu usage especially on Shadow of war is very low resulting in highly unplayable fps.. My other games are working perfectly with more than 75% gpu usage like Far cry 6, Ac Valhalla, csgo, Dyling Light and etc.. i couldnt able to figure out the issue and its really annoying..

Things that i have tried:
Reinstalled Gpu drivers with DDU
Reinstalled Windows 10 again
resetted BIOS settings and updated all the chipset drivers

My Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
RTX 3060 Ti FE
16Gb DDR4 3600Mhz Ram
1Tb Nvme SSD
650 Watts 80+ Gold SMPS

For AMD CPU, turn off HPET in Bios.
For nVidia GPU turn off V-Sync in game, turn on Fast Sync in Driver.
Set your FPS cap to the monitor's refresh frequency, if above 144hz you may want to go lower.

Thanks for the info... but the problem was with my Citrix app which was interfering wit the game... After uninstall it tan pretty good
