I have the DE version. So no. Again, it's you who is failing at basic reading comprehension here. Let's go back to your original post:
Here you quite clearly say that you have the 6 DLC from the definitive edition and the 2 free DLC. That is all there is included in the definitive edition. There is no more DLC. You have it all. The Definitive Edition does not include any more DLC than what you already have. You've been told this multiple times now but can't seem to grasp what people are saying. You seem to think there is more included with the DE version. There isn't. I don't know how to make it any clearer for you dude.
So like I said, if there is this additional content, show me a reliable link that reported it being there, not some nondescript vague lines that could mean anything in the SteamDB. Even WBs/Monoliths own page says nothing about it: https://www.shadowofwar.com/purchase/ Nothing at all and you can guarantee they would have mentioned something about it somewhere.
