While there's no concrete knowledge on how to properly obtain every unique Epic gear consistently, there are some claims of how you can even the odds about specific drops, namely one of the most sought epic swords (and most broken), the Wrathgiver. Plenty of sources mention that to obtain this particular sword more reliably you have to fight an orc that's either Warriors or Savages types, are Slayer/Trickster/Tracker class and have no elemental weapon, then proceed to kill said orc without using elemental damage, using at least 3 Executions on them and the kill blow needs to be an Execution itself. Extra points if you do so in Elven Rage/Ringwraith.
Still need to get a proper shot myself at that, I just haven't been able to pull it off because I can't seem to get an Elementless Warmonger Tribe Warrior/Savage type orc to spawn to test it, since I want the sword to be Gondorian.
Might be helpful, especially considering that fury can't be entirely adapted to and if you deal enough damage to them via the punches, then the animation will complete even if they've technically adapted to the dagger. This counts as a proper "ground execution" even after adaptation, when a non-fury ground execution would no longer be usable. I guess ground executions also count towards Wrathgiver, I dunno... That or it was just a stupidly lucky RNG result
His wrath prestige is 100% - that alone is a game-changer.
He's got 2 warmonger weapons that increase damage by 2% per pick up
For the finisher he picks up enough coin to boost his attack by +105%
Game over.

When using a Wrathgiver, you only get the +10 wrath on an execution that *kills* an opponent... Executions that are survived don't provide the wrath bonus.
However, when you use the unupgraded Elven Light with that sword equipped, every enemy hit by the blast, whether they die or not will give +10 wrath.
This, combined with the passive rapid might generation of wrath mode, allows you to stay in that mode indefinitely so long as there are at least 3-4 enemies nearby. Because you can just keep spamming Elven Light, and regenerating wrath while you're in the act of burning it.
Every enemy hit by a Talon Strike also gives the +10 wrath, by the by. Again, this is whether they die to it or not, any enemy simply *touched* by Elven Light or Talon Strike will give you bonus wrath. If you have two bars of might, you can get off enough Elven Light to instantly fill up your entire wrath bar in a random group of enemies. If you *don't* have two bars of might, you can do the same thing for two elf-shot.
Wrathgiver ensures that you effectively never run low on wrath, ever. Even just fighting a single captain with no other enemies around, given a "Elven Wrath lasts 33% longer" secondary effect on your rune, can let you stretch wrath mode for a ridiculously long time.
Goblin already said it, but yeah. Wrathgiver's special effect appears to be nothing on paper but because it apparently also works for Elven Light (unupgraded) and Talon Strike without the need for those 2 skills to actually kill, unlike the Execution requirement, combined with a Rune that grants 33% extra time of Elven Rage/Ringwraith you'd be unable to get out of it unless you did it on purpose. Of course, the main purpose of this alongside 2-set Marauder bonus to get more damage is pretty much key to counter those cheated captains in online sieges.
Which is why i'm hunting for these weapons.....
I get what you're saying bro, and I completely agree. When it comes to siege defense or attack this sword (with the right armor combo) totally overpowered. But in normal battle or vendetta I don't see it performing that well (prove me wrong
Thanks for the detailed explanation, I learnt much from it.
