Best way to get the beast olog?

alright so ive been playing shadow of war for a long time, and in that time i have had every type of legendary scar orc(Unashamed,Machine,Flame of war, etc.)...Yet I have never gotten the beast olog besides 1 time, which was in a demo.

I know the way to get the beast olog, to kill it with beasts, but its never worked for me and the captain dies permantly or cheats death with no scar. Any tips?

Edit: I mean beast olog as in you kill him and he returns as a beast, not the naturally spawned beast olog. The legendary scar beast olog is all fur with little clothes, while the normally spawned beast olog usually has tracker gear.

Is it necessary to play on Nemesis difficulty for the olog to come out?

Make sure that you have enough interactions with the olog captain, i would recommend letting him kill you 2-3 times and you can higher the chances by sending him a death threat and killing him with a beast like a caragor or a graug
