Legendary Vendetta Set bug

So I made the mistake of collecting the vendetta set at lvl 20, now I'm trying to level them up, and I’ve encountered a tasty bug.

To level the ring to 40, Im challenged to Shame a Vendetta target of 40+. Not so bad, stupid simple, really.

But I’ve discovered that Vendetta Missions instantly end when the target is shamed. Giving the challenge no time to register as complete.

I’ve shamed several lvl 80 targets, and the challenge remains incomplete.

Yeah it's a bug, I've been trying that for weeks on the ring and dagger, no dice. I stopped months ago. Actually tried doing it again yesterday knowing it still wouldn't work.

This challenge has always been finicky, however I can confirm it can be completed as I've done so just a few days ago.

Try the following:

• Try equipping and un-equipping the ring during the Online Vendetta
  
• Try not using the "Worse Than Death" sub-skill if you are
  
• Try to first dominate and then shame the target

It took me around 4-5 shamed Online Vendettas before it finally registered properly, but it does eventually register the challenge properly so just keep trying until it does.
