Earliest you can get a hood?

Whats the quickest possible way to get a hood in this game? Having played the entire first game with the Dark Ranger skin, I just feel like being a dark hooded spectral assassin fits the gameplay aesthetic much better.

I'm in the 2nd region right now. Anyone have any tips?

The only guaranteed one that comes to mind offhand is actually fairly deep in the game, after Act III... There should be more, I just don't remember which cloaks have the hood up and which don't.

Ones. Even though definitely not just via game progression. Cloaks that have the hood up are:
-> Legendary Dark one (above level 20)
-> Legendary Terror one (above level 20)
-> Legendary Vendetta one (you earn this by killing the target with a beastie)
-> what you mentioned

Only visual differences are their colors (dark blue, dark red, dark green, black).

Oh and Winter, Legendary Beastmasters drop cloaks. ;) Good Luck. 👍

Usually a cloak, but it depends on his advanced class.

He was, according to my memory and if Winter did indeed kill him, then he should have his Legendary Dark gear (where it's needed to note that usually you get sub-level 20 one, which causes the cloak version to have a dropped hood. Once upgraded to level 20, it's hood up).
