Help on eltariel quests

So i am stuck at 90% done for the nazgul/eltariel quests, i dont know why. i have all 4 castles and finished bruz quests and more but i cant unlock the bright lord quest. anyone have a solution

I assume the missing one is the Nazgul in Gorgoroth... to avoid spoiler xd.
If you fought Suladan and Helm he should be there. Dont know if Carnaan quests are needed for him but I assume you made the minimum at least.

i did fight suladan and helm, which is why im confused. i havent finished the carnaan quests yet so i guess i willl finish those and see what it does.

You are sure there isnt a Nazgul in Gorgo? Out of the ritual ones.

Necromancer one... Thats why I am not sure if you need to meet Zog first (but dont need to end them all, just meeting the undeads should be enough). After, if you are rolling, why stopping.

Turns out i had to defeat the balrog to access this quest. i have access to the bright lord quest now thank you for your help
