Questions on incomplete quests

If anyone can give me some tips on the below, I would appreciate it!

Incomplete Quests:
Siege Missions (29%) (All 4 fortresses captured - why not 100%?)
Gondorian Artifacts (91%) (5 artifacts are not showing up on any map. Where are they?)
Eltariel Quests (90%) (Only "The Bright Lord" remaining. I'm hesitant to start since it says there is "no turning back". I would like to find all of the artifacts first))

Completed Quests:
* Gondor Quests (100%)
* Shelob Quests (100%)
* Carnan Quests (100%)
* Bruz Quests (100%)
* Shadows of the Past (100%)
* Web of Fate (100%)

to 100% your sieges, get to and finish act 4
gondorian artifacts, double check your haedir towers
i cant help with eltariel, i cant recall how many quests there were for that, or its requirements, other than having all haedir towers

And you were right on the Haedir towers. I had thought that I had uncovered all of the artifacts from each Haedir tower, but I had missed a couple in Seregost (and I'm finding them very difficult to locate in the ice caves). One of them is proving to be very elusive. But I'm close...

There is a reason for the "no turning back" thing, but you can still finish the non-Eltariel quests even if you complete the Eltariel quests, based on the progress you posted. Don't want to spoiler why.

I ended up completing Shadows of the Past 2nd to last and Siege Missions last.

i was even able to finish an eltariel quest after act 4, but i seem to be an isolated incident in that regard, i dont know anyone else who didnt finish them all before the no turning back point, and the very few that didnt, couldnt find the quests

I think Shadows of the Past and the Siege quests are the exceptions. Not 100% sure, but that's how they worked out for me. Had already *spoiler* before completing the Shadows of the Past quest. The reason I think those are an exception, even after completing them, they are still available to replay.
