Stealth Ledge Kill

Did they remove this in Shadow of War? I am not very far in the game yet, does it come later as a reward for some mission? I do not see the ability in the skills menu.

As it stands right now, while hanging from a ledge, the character's outline will never turn red no matter how close or wherever I'm at. Instead I have been climbing up in front of him while staying stealthed, allowing me a brief second to stealth kill him, but it's not the same as a good ol' ledge kill.

Where did I claim to own this game? I don't. I was playing my grandmother's game, on her computer. I'm thinking about getting it myself. But none of that has anything to do at all with the topic.

Is ledge kill acquired at some point later on in the game? Because as I have said, I am unable to do it currently, and do not see it in the skill tree.

You should be able to do it, try attracting the so they get closer
