Talion's body seems to reform. Last game orcs implied they Ate you.

Talion is nothing but re-assembled pieces of sh*t? Oo No wonder orcs hate him...
(Didn't got that quote even once, so I am really suprised to hear that... it explains the smell a bit...)

Could be that all his items lose their power when he dies, so his ring of power just becomes a useless ring. Meanwhile, Talion is reformed and reborn, with all his gear replaced, and even though he's not wearing the same physical ring he was wearing when he died, the new ring that forms on his finger when he is reformed, gets all the power.
(I'm making this up. Just as a pretend-reason to why the orcs don't take the ring of power).

Maybe it's kind of like Sauron in the movies. When Talion loses, his body disappears and reforms at a magical tower. Isn't Celebimbor basically a ring wraith?

Um, no. They are not idiots. Many of their war machines are created by orc hands. Infact some are highly inteligent. It's just how the game is made that make them look like idiots.

I have seen the 3 lord of the rings and the 3 hobbit movies. and i have read all hobbit and lord of the rings books. It explains that they were humans who mutated by saruman and become monsters(orcs) and that they are very powerfull but not smart.

Elves... they have been elves, not humans.

The ring is only lootable via microtransaction and servant of the dark lord is a badly-paid job.
