MASK OF THE UNDYING

Hi guys im level 60 and i finished the story. How can i get the MASK OF THE UNDYING??? :D
People told me to finish the story but i have done it!

You get one of the Nazgul masks for completing each stage of the Epilogue (Shadow Wars).

You should have them then. They're considered cloaks. Did you look in your cloaks inventory?

Yes i looked in my cloack but i have not. This is not only my problem but also for other people

Thanks for the support. I hope it will be fixed because i love this game and the masks are really cool!

the masks doesn't showed up here too. I have the game completed 100% :(
