Recruiting Orcs? How And When?
Maybe a stupid question: If i kill all the orc captains, i can´t recruit them later, right? I am still in the first "act". Should i let some of them live so i can recruit them later? Recruitment is not possible yet. It says i have to do some more story quests first.
1. So what can i do?
2. What are those story quests exactly and by what time is it possible to get the skill?
3. Shall i kill them for revenge or leave them alive for later?

Ihr könnt gerne auch auf Deutsch antworten ;-)

Thanks in advance, LEM

It's really up to you. New captains are generated all the time to replace dead ones, so unless you like their appearance/voice, feel free to kill them off.

You unlock the ability to recruit in Act 2, so just move along the main storyline.

You'll never run out of orcs, when you kill captains, randomly generated orcs are added to the army screen.

Whenever you feel like it and when orcs are broken.

1. If you kill them they dont come back.

2. Story quests are story quests...

3. Thats up to you.

Ich würde auf Deutsch wiederholen, wenn ich es gut sprechen könnte. Du scheinst wie du English gut genug verstehst

1. Continue playing, killing them is no problem
2. Quests marked with exclamation mark (!) are story quests
3. Feel free to kill them but it's mostly up to you what do you want. The game opens up once you reach and conquer Rhun (with the ability to travel everywhere and conquer other forts).

The ability to dominate a captain comes in one of the missions in Cirith Ungol if I am not mistaken.

Also, killed orc can sometimes come back but they will always be replaced by new orcs once the time advances (finishing a mission, advancing time at Haedir stone).

Oh yes, I am stupid, Rhun is the one south of Lone Mountain. Nurnen is the one in Mordor (also, it is quite a bit smaller) :D

Edit:
Should have been more specific, rivers flowing from the region of Lone Mountain feed that sea, my bad.

Both are actually right. Nurnen is the name of the region, while Rhun is name of the Sea :D

Reaching the sea is also reaching the region :P
Sorry man Rhun is the area to the Northeast of Mordor. Its where the Easterlings are from. The sea you are referring to is Nurn.

No harm no foul
