Endless Orc Horde

Saw something new tonight... I was roaming around doing nemesis missions in Nurnen, and saw a dense cluster of treasure & worm orc symbols on the mini-map. I figure cool, easy payday! So I had over to lay waste to the group. But as I come around the corner, what I see is a MASSIVE horde of orcs, just clustered in one area. (like, stronghold siege numbers.)

But I still wanted my payday, so I lay in to them, using the map, buildings, every trick I have. But they keep spawning. Seemed like whenever I was showing progress thinning the herd, I would turn around and there's another horde waiting for me.

This went on for at least a half hour, non stop killing (and getting a lot of gems/mirian) until I miss a last chance and get killed. I've never seen this in many hours of playing. Was this some sort of hidden triggered event? Or a bug? While it was happening, I did get notice that some online guy conquered my fort, did the online siege spawn mechanics somehow bleed into my game?

In any case, it was a ton of fun, and I hope it happens again!

DId any captain commanders leave summoning flags around?

Summoing flags will spawn endless amounts fo Orc's until destoryed , sometimes warding captains will get in random fights with wild life and end up leaving a few on the map.
