arena is absolut stupid.
start the fight and if you may die, quit the game before you, or your orc, get killed and try again.
No its not, its the best way to lvl up your orcs.
- You need to view the the Orcs attributes and match him against someone who can counter it.
Silly logical things like if he is sickly, send a dude with poison weapons.
AND dont do vice verse.
Also not sure you have noticed:
- There are classes: An assassin will no do well against a breserker. Tanks will usually beat archers.
- There are tribes: Who give orcs different abilities, like chains who are an AOE attack that also stuns.
Also some common logic:
- Dont send a lone guy against a guy with a fanatic Olog Gang
- Dont send an archer against a guy with a shield
- Dont send a shield guy vs an Olog
Also some not so logical things:
- Orcs wont call their pet Graug into the pits coz reasons
- Bombs and Mines, the regular ones, are OP, and guy will usually win because he just stuns other guy repetadly
- Archers/Hunters are good vs Ologs
I find the pits almost the most enjoyable thing in the game, almost like a darker version of Pokemon. Its a surprisingly deep system when you take the time to learn it. Its not just higher lvl wins, there IS rhyme and reason for what goes on in the pit. And one CAN deduce the winner.
In fact I wish they will expand this system, so I can "export" an orc to fight in the pits against other players. In an invitational kind of way, you put ur orc out there. Someone challenges you, and you accept/decline.
I even suggest calling it the "Orcemon" nemesis system! lol
a other guy only run arround and nevermind to attack the enemy even he was broken by fear of caragor, lost this fight by time.
Or a tracker with mines. (they have their own mines)
If you would have shown me the exact combatants, i can guarantee I could have told you 90% who would win.
Also immune to arrow is not immune to all arrows, just the players. Otherwise most archers an hunters and the tribe that gives the crossbows would be in a huge mismatch in the arena.
Was a bit surprised when the lvl16 poison archer beat a lvl44 tank with a mortal weakness to poison :)
