Report a translation problem
Only the orcs from the tribe quests (Slaughter, Outlaw...) who seek for a worthy opponent appear to be from level 75 to 85.
But the ones with the skulls also can have a very low level.
I either encountered level 30 orcs in online vendettas even though the main target of the online vendetta was always around level 80 too.
But sometimes there are either other captains with low level.
It's a perfect way of demonstrating how OP Talion is on level 80. ^^
Fighting against these low orcs is pathetic. XD
The thing is, people here is right but theres a better method: go to a region, kill everyone possible, and then go to farming on another region for some hours always fast traveling after killing uruks.
When you come back to this first region, you will surelly find a bunch of rare uruks and with luck even a necromancer.
