Epic Sword Wrathgiver

so i finished the game about two times already and on my second playthrough i found an epic sword that completely breaks the game, i usually find it when i'm about level 60.
Basically the sword can give you infinite elven rage and ringwraith if you have grunts around, but in this playthrough i can't find the damn sword! i cant capture fortresses either because my rank is still on the top and the game reacts as if i still have those level 80 fortresses, so it becomes impossible to get gear fast. I need help finding the wrathgiver guys

I guess it's like the Mindmender bow pretty rare..
Tons of epic stuff are dropped in siege defences but you have to run around and collect
In later online conquests there are only legendaries :/
Opening many crates(siege-vendetta) still gives you some epics

but like i said i cant raid fortresses yet, because the game still thinks i am level 80 so i'm like level 50 trying to take a level 80 fort. what i basically do is just go on a lot of online vendettas and try to find a ton of epic orcs and kill them before i finish the mission. But still no wrathgiver, i really need some insides on how to specificaly get it

Maybe you mean you got high assault rate hence the high lvl forts. But i mean defending your forts against AI from the forces of sauron aka defence..
