Siege missions 88 percent

Just finished shadow wars 3rd stage. It's marked as completed in quests. However, Siege tab is still just 88 percent complete? Furthermore, siege I marked as active before completing the game is still marked as active and incomplete in Siege tab.

Is this normal? Will the siege quest be perpetually incomplete (so we can replay true end?), or is this a bug?

Don't want to 'test' completing the siege again unless absolutely necessary, don't feel like losing some of my captains unnecessarily...

This happen to me. 88 in siege tab. No more missions to complete. So weird.

2 questions:
Do you have control of every region? (The overlord is yours)
Do you have the the DLCs?

I believe you must do the siege missions of Nurnen and Seregost.

I dont have any more mission to do, ignoring DLC.

Yeah we are supposed to have 3 phases (well more if want xd) . hmm like Army said, are you still master of every regions, or you lost some castles in the way?
Na, normally when you see true ending you have made all regions defenses and all are availables for sieges, endlessly.
Thats the part where i wish a veteran in defense sieges would step here xd, not sure for numbers of sieges before you are free to go everywhere.

You didnt lose Gorgoroth or Cirith Ungol? forgot order for sieges, will wait someone else but dont feel this case xd.
No npc to see, just traveling to x region, if the chain is broken for you i can just assume you lost in the beginning of phase 3 but never happened to me so dont know how it show in stats.

HAHA you're right, I travel for all regions BUT one of them is still in red, I confused it with the non-visitables map wich is red. Thanks for your help!
