White hand symbol near gear?

Haven't played since release and the new patch looked good, so I decided to jump back in with a fresh game.
I just got my first legendary, the bright lord armour from the first zone. For some reason there's this white hand symbol next to it in my inventory. It looks like a stolen item from skyrim.

Is this new? What does it mean? None of my other gear has it.

Legendary gear has it's symbol on it now so you can tell which is which easy, rather than looking through identical purple items tyring to find the right one.

The symbol for the bright lord is a white hand.
