The Bright Lord Quest
I got a message about finishing of quests before I start, but that's not the 2 dlc like Blade of Galadriel I assume? They just are advising to finish all the other quest lines in SoW first?

You dont even HAVE to finish side quests btw. You can let some for after.

Ok. What level to start, I noticed some of the captains are 52, I thought at 50 I would be able to dominate them maybe get a couple of levels higher?

You should end it after lvl 55, like that you wont have to deal with the stupid upgrade of endgame set...
