Missing and cannot find the Ithildin poem "Cadence"

Went through Minas Ithil and thought I picked up all the Ithildin poems. When I went to the door, it said I only had 5 of 6. Found out I was missing the "Cadence" part of the poem. But I do not see it on my map anywhere. I have no idea how to find it. Anyone have any ideas?

maybe you should recheck the haedirs if you missed targeting one

I am still in Act I, "before dawn", so I only have two open. I will re-check both, but could it be in a region in Act II? A region not open to me yet?

there are 3 towers in minas ithil where you purified the red eyes of sauron
climb on top and purify again see if all objects are targeted. You are already pretty far and can already unlock the door
