Cutscenes stuttering visually/
I've been playing Shadow Of War in 4k between 50-60 fps with no problems but when the cutscenes play they seem to be really jittery. the audio isn't effected it almost seems as if the vsync is turned off when the cutscenes start or something.

I am playing with vsync off but have it enabled through the nvidia control panel. I don't have this issue during gameplay. I only have it with the cutscenes which is confusing. I can't seem to find anyone else who has this problem so any help would be appreciated.

Do you use the 4K cinematic pack aswell?

No I don’t I thought that would make it worse. So I have avoided using it
