You play as Eltariel, the elf, new gear and skills, new enemies, new story,
or you play as Baranor, gondorian captain, new skills, gear, enemies, region,
and new tribes, with new gear, new enemies, new lines, niw titles, new fortress themes, etc
pretty cool all dlc's
The tribal expansions are pretty meh.
Slaughter gives an interesting turn on things with the blood thing and their ability is just a slightly better hail of bolts.
Outlaw is kinda meh. Their aesthetic is kinda boring but there ability is ok.
The game is on sale right now on greenmangaming. 50% off deluxe and 66% Standard. You can also apply a code for a 15% extra on top of the sale price.
Where blade DLC is a short but decent story wrap, which also adds some unique Orcs tothe main game, it isn't anything major (she does have an interesting ability set though.)
Desolation of morodor imo is it's better DLC as it not only adds a new region, It is essencially a Shadow of war rouge-like, You have a different approach and method of playing with a decent story as the backdrop.
Baranor is essencially the batman of Lithland. You also get to recruit Humans and orc (I assume the next full release is going to further this with dwarves and elves etc.)
The tribes are alright, just a few more clans, but imo not the most interesting concepts, if not already covered in the main game.
