[SOLVED] 90% Locations in Appendices: What have I missed?

I've finished the main game and all the DLCs, clicked on all the icons in the map, clicked on all the entries in the Locations in the Appendices, and the damn readout at the top still says 90% not 100% - and for the life of me, I CAN'T work out what I'm still missing!

Can anybody please help?

I see these 15 entries in the Appendices under Locations:

2 Minas Ithil
3 Cirith Ungol
4 Gondor
5 Lithlad
6 Barad-dur
7 The Barrows
8 The Black Gate
9 Durthang
10 Ered Glamhoth
11 Nurn
12 Minas Morgul
13 Gorgoroth
14 Rohan
15 Seregost

You have forgot to delete the game I guess, extra 10%

Thank you! Actually it turned out I was missing Thaurband as well as Carach Angren.

Better still, I stumbled across a workaround that unlocked both of them and my Appendices are now all 100%.

SOLUTION: Go to the map and view at the country-wide level. Then hold + and let it auto-zoom into the nearest of the main cities. Zoom out again and look at the map. Click on map markers to open the ones missing from your Appendices (Durthang and Thaurband in your case). If you're lucky they'll now have a link to view Lore at the bottom of the text. Click that and hopefully it'll take you to a new Appendices entry. If not, move to a different area and hold + again to auto-zoom into another city. Lather rinse repeat.
