100gb download., How to opt out of 4k textures?
I see some talk that the reason this download is massive is because of the 4k cinematic and 4k texture packs.

Pretty sure my 1060 won't run those so hot. I heard there was an option to opt out and bring the download size down, if anybody knows it would be apprecieated.

Essentially it is already included as there is nothing you can do. Downloading the free dlc from the actual page just enables it by switching the textures to ultra.

Ugh.

Well, guess I'll never play it then. My internet might as well be dialup.

Thanks.

Actually nevermind, I just finished downloading mine at 97.7 gb's then it installed an additional 38gb's after for the 4k content. at 23 mbs per second, it took roughly 2 and a half hours to install.. pretty insane. So the game is essentially 140 gbs with the 4k pack. And you need about double that when the game updates.. Glad i didint install it on my SSD..

Probably better off if HD size is an issue

More that I could play it when I want to :P

I can hit my local used game store and be home with a copy in less than an hour. This download will take me days

During download you can go to properties to DLCs and click off stuff. It will update and reduces download.
