Blackened Servant Armor Bonus Works On Undead Allies
You read correctly. Any allied grunt, alive or undead, has a 40 percent chance to automatically be raised if killed without severing body parts while you wear this armor.
Combined with darkbanner, a perfect green gem in the rune slot, other gear bonuses to increase uruk and undead damage resistance you basically end up with an unkillable army in any given situation.

These effects also apply to undead raised by friendly necromancer uruks. Infact they transform necromancer uruks into unstoppable killing machines in assaults due to being surrounded by a legion of the dead 99% of the time.
Just be sure to give them appropriate support when needed. Even the best uruk gets unlucky from time to time.

EDIT;
Not everyone knows the necromancer meta so here ya go.

"Darkbanner is an epic ring. It has 50% damage reduction for allied undead uruk grunts as its first ability and a further 50% damage reduction for allied uruk grunts.
Exciting right? You don't know the half of it.

You have another 50% from wearing 2 pieces from the mythic set. Another 50% from any ringwraith cloak and a further 30% from a perfect green gem in the rune slot. These benefits are multiplcative not additive.
Then you have the new blackened servants armor.

Initial damage recieved x damage reduction = adjusted damage recieved
initial damage recieved - adjusted damage recieved = damage recieved

1 x 0.5 = 0.5
1 - 0.5 = 0.5

0.5 x 0.5 = 0.25
0.5 - 0.25 = 0.25

0.25 x 0.5 = 0.125
0.25 - 0.125 = 0.125

0.125 x 0.5 = 0.0625
0.125 - 0.0625 = 0.0625

0.0625 x 0.3 = 0.01875
0.0625 - 0.01875 = 0.04375

Damage recieved after all reductions (rounded down) = 4%
Total damage reduction (rounded up) = 96%
Chance they get up again if killed = 40%

This total damage reduction works on all allied undead uruks and ologs. That includes those raised by allied necromancer uruks.
Lets put this all together; Theres a necromancer commander with an olog gang. He calls in his ologs, they die. He calls in more and raises the dead ones and any other additional corpses that happen to be around him. As hard as they were to kill before they now take only 4% damage. Somehow, ♥♥♥♥ knows how, they die again... only for 40% of them to get up straight after...
:-)"
(After some testing to make sure I discovered that a grunt that takes me two hits to kill will take me around 21 hits to kill when raised. With a damage reduction of 96% I would expect this number to be closer to 40. Results vary slightly with critical hits but this would suggest some diminishing return. This indiscrepency requires further testing to explain. The build is still extremely effective however and would seem to grant a damage reduction of just over 90%.)

Which equals six seiges in total. Very doable now. And I only got a leveling curve after it was done when orcs went from 55ish to 65, and I suddenly needed to step back and do nemesis quests to level up.

It's only 5 sieges in total, 1 siege first stage, 1 siege second stage and 3 sieges on the third stage. It only took me about an hour to beat it and that includes losing one fortress. The defences are crazy fun, especially when the attacking captains start to bring bodyguards with them. =D
