Abnd her dlc basically takes place around the end of the shadow war so he wasn;t resisiting the ring for most longer, remember after stage 10 its the end of the rangers story more or less and it takes place around that time, so we got to see the fall of one of his forts and when he finally gave him, and she helped trigger him turning full evil.
I for one think its good they warped up the lose ends for the shadow wars.
I for one liked her and hope me saying that doesn;t offend anyone, she is going to make a good bad girl down the road with all the built up dislike of her, hope we see her again.
Just my random thoughts on the matter and hope it doesn't offend anyhow, sorry for typos and errors.
take a look at Mass Effect Andromeda or Dragon Age Inquisiton, those games are ruined by feminism.
If there is feminism in this game, Eltariel would be fat and ugly.
Talion, Celebrimbor, Sauron and the Nazguls and uruks, all those would be gay.
I do care a lot about this character. She is a very cool character.
Shadow of War and Blade DLC are fine. There are very few female characters in LOTR, the devs added a few new female characters that's it. and they are cool.
People who hate Eltariel did not pay enough attention to the game or are just stupid.
It's not Eltariel's fault that the orcs killed Talion and his family at the beginning of first game.
I don't hate her!
She is a great character, I love her, she can be ruthless or lovely, very mixed and changing personality
She was fighting the Nazguls centuries before Talion, she knew, men were corrupted by the rings, now, a new man is corrupted too, one more target to the mission. It's not Eltariel's fault that Celebrimbor, blinded by hate, betrayed Talion and left him to die.
She saved Talion from the Nazguls at the end of Act 1
She did not betray Talion, Celebrimbor did it
She was not the partner of Talion.
Her mission is in first place, it has priority, just like Celebrimbor and Talion's mission,
"whatever the cost", "I'll do whatever is necessary"... remember?
She doesn't owe loyalty to Talion, but to Galadriel.
She is badass, she is not as strong as Talion but she still fights and makes a tremendous effort to succeed in the almost imposible task.
I hope she is in the next game.
Now this, making the worst poorly written character the main character for a possible sequel is nothing less then a joke.
Tha is just your opinion, I think Eltariel is a great character. she was sent by Galadriel, who knows Sauron, and eltariel was in Mordor long before Talion, fighting the Nazguls and other creatures. She was chosen by Celebrimbor and the end, to wield the new ring, and finish what elves started so long ago, an she is alive, a living creature using a ring of power. And orcs hate elves worse than humans, we already saw huma characters and human city, now, let's see what elves can do. I find that extremely interesting. Talion became a Nazgul, he can't fight Sauron anymore. Sauron cut Eltariel's fingers, she is injured by Sauron himself. She uses the light of Galadriel, that is something that can be expanded upon. Galadriel wears a ring made by Sauron. I'd love to see Eltariel as main protagonist of the next game.
1: In terms of "Pro-Tolkeins", here's something interesting - Barely anyone would of remembered Tolkein's work if it wasn't redone in movies, games etc which Tolkein supposedly hated... plus literature, games, movies, are art, and art is meant to be creative, always redefining the originality and inspiring new things...
2: Can you bring any statistics that show Eltariel is the most "hated" of the entire game? No? Ok then. And also, Feminists, despite their use of "words" have no legitimate power over anything really, ideologies require words, and so that ideology can only work where words can be used, like Politics or Cultural Philosophy... Plus trying to blame Feminists because something in a game is something you don't like? How low people can go...
3: The True Ending and the "Eltariel-Talion" Ending are intertwined, while Talion was fighting the Phases 1-10, Eltariel was doing background work with the Rogue Nazgul etc, and both then partnered up for taking down the Nazgul Sisters. Remember we don't know how long or how detailed Ringwraith Corruption works, and since Frodo was only holding the One Ring, his corruption might be different to the Nine Rings. Thus Talion is banished by Eltariel and eventually all the Nazgul resurface.
4A: The New Ring, firstly Talion has a Ring, but we don't know if it's even POSSIBLE to wear more than a single Ring of Power, i'd say it is unlikely.
4B: Talion probably hates Celebrimbor by now so he likely wouldn't want to have the Wraith's Ring, especially when he has Isildur's Ring... which is kinda more powerful? Raising Revenants and the new Elven Rage variation it seems more powerful definitely.
4C: Eltariel probably would like to keep at least some form of a full set of five fingers on both hands... plus the New Ring supposedly gives a boost of power naturally, but full potential when with Celebrimbor's Wraith. Plus Talion was falling to the Nazgul... you honestly think giving a subjugated weaponised Man of am all-dominating Dark Lord, giving that Man MORE power is a GOOD thing? Plus we don't know if as soon as you put a Ring of Power on, it's a permanent change, that if you even try, you'll die, or just suffer.
5: Celebrimbor likely only called to Eltariel because 1: Technically neither betrayed eachother and they were seperated mid-fight against Sauron, unlike how Celebrimbor ditched Talion to die, Talion is also permanently dead right after Celebrimbor escapes and Sauron is destroyed, plus Talion would likely want to stay dead and pass on, as he says so numerous times in Shadow of Mordor and Shadow of War.
6: Even if Talion was Nazgul-ified fully and the Campaign of his Story was Phases 9 or 10 with Eltariel's DLC just behind it, the other Nazgul were likely still trying to reform as the Rogue Nazgul put an emphasis on how "diminished" the Witch-King had became, Talion might of even become powermad like the said Rogue Nazgul.
