Nope. Uruks with "The tower" title not the pretender.

found one and kept him instantly, saw pretender 2 times but unbreakable,all in 500 hrs so atleast towers were rare for my playthru

I got 2 Towers in my 2nd playthru and one in my initial one, so I think they`re a pretty rare title indeed ... and for some reason, in my case, they like to appear in Gorgoroth of all places.

I have an entire fortress filled with the pretenders in nurnen. All of them from lootboxes but the real tower orc I only found him once per playthrough.

The 'Tower' Uruk seems pretty darn rare. I've seen him, maybe twice, ever.

I only have 32 hours in but I've seen an Uruk with that title twice.
