Legendary Dark Armor

So, for a while i've been searching for an perfect gear set (for my purposes) and i've come to the conclusion that the Dark Armor suits my needs, so if i want to get it i need to kill an Dark Tank, the problem is that i havent found any dark tanks whatsoever, doesnt even have to be legendary because i can recruit them and train to Legendary. But i havent found single one of Dark Tanks in any regions, i've also opened like 100+ silver chests but without any luck.

I've come across Dark Trackers etc but not what im looking for, so what to do? Is this a bug or am i missing something out here? Thanks.

When I was looking for a specific captain to completely finish the legendary sets (72 of 72), I had to find a Marauder Marksman. Opened 328 chests, so I looked at 956 Orcs when counting the 300 already in the Garrison, before I found one. Yes, it was really boring and a real PITA due to having to watch 600 Orc death animations for Orcs I don't care about when I killed them for gear to convert to Mirian.

So - sometimes it takes awhile to find a specific Captain. Shouldn't take almost 1000 Orcs, though, before you find a Dark Tank. I would just keep doing the Chest thing.
