imperturbable orc??? you cant be serious!!!

so there is this one orc i absolutely want in my team but his level is too high so i started to upgrade my talion( dont want to shame the orc so he dont get negative traits) and this piece of SH*T orc just gained this imperturbable skill... never seen this before.. i know there is something like a strong will that can be crushed by shaming the orc but this one is a skill that dont let you get this orc even if you break him! Is there anyyyy way to get him? Pls i want this guys sooo much

i see.. killed him now... he was like captain america and with two frigging hits he killed me all the time.. the hardest to kill and the best orc ive ever seen with about 20 positive buffs and only little fear vs executions .. Press F to pay respect :( this is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ saaaaddddd

you know i was in minas morghul to get some missions done and achieve the perfect level to obtain this orc but NOOOOOO you damn RNGesus you give me an orc coming from an other sector to ambush me and guess who he is??? yep the orc i wanted to recruit and guess where he is positioned in the army ranking? yes first row .. and guess what the internet told me? first row in minas morghul gets iron will and some of them even unbreakable will ... how damn it probably is that please ??

Calm down dude. There's no need to be dramatic about this matter.. Its possible you can still get this Orc and still make him kick some serious as*. Just try shaming him a couple times (make sure the "Worse than Death" skill is turned off though, to minimise the odds of either shaming him into oblivion or Deranging him) and he may lose Iron Will if he has that.

(Please clarify exactly what "Imperturbable" means in the context of the game. I googled it, and it means someone can't get "excited" or "upset" which doesn't sound like right in the context of the game. Please screenshot this "Imperturable" trait and post here if you can.)

If you manage to shame him to a point where you can dominate him, do that, and make sure you have a high level Gem of Wealth equipped to the New Ring in your Inventory and he should gain back a few levels. After that, you can upgrade him with Training Orders and sh*t to help re-empower him if he lost some of his strength.

Plus I spoke to another forum-user around here, and he told me that sure, whilst Orcs may lose some power if you shame them too much, you can reverse this process by levelling them up significantly. So chill out. Take a breath. And make a game plan.

You can still use this Orc and use him well if you know what you're doing. The Nemesis System is designed to let you forge stories with Orcs, and part of that can be raising Orcs up to incredible heights (or tearing them down to incredible lows lol.)

no you can't and this is exactly my problem.. this troll (lol) of an orc followed me to minas morghul to ambush my position and by doing so he enlisted himself in the army of minas morghul... because he is in the first row of army generals of this fortress he automatically has access to iron will.. but in his case he gets the UNBREAKABLE iron will... so i can do whatever i want and this dude is still not breakable so furthermore not recruitable for me and that is reaaaalllyy ♥♥♥♥...never saw this unbreakable skill before and im happy that this skill is veeery rare but c'mon this guys was blessed by RNGesus and then he gets this skill before i can recruit him? this is the worst case scenario of any rng situation i ever had and i play xcom on legendary so i know what i am talking about :( never knew that minas morghul can give his foot soldier leaders such skills... this is a total game changer especially when you want this damn orc soooo much..

Ouch.

Just to be clear.. there's Iron WIll, and there's Unbreakable. The Iron WIll that gets auto-assigned to the first row in Minas Morgul is super persistant. I've never shamed an orc into getting rid of it, but apparently others have. Unbreakable though is a different story. You won't be able to shame them at all.

If it's Unbreakabl, your only hope is to kill them and hope they come back, I think. If it's any help, both of my play throughs, the guy who killed me multiple times came back, even stronger.

ANd if worse comes to worse, I can pretty much guarantee that you will find another orc just as strong to recruit.

this dude is back!!! he is now called "the machine" half bone half orc and can parry my stealth kill moves too?? this guy is the incarnation of a god :o this is ridiculous :O there is no way to kill this "thing" anymore ... this guy insta kills me now with all his stuff equipped what can i do except nuke whole minas morghul? idgaf about the ringwraith .. this dude is harder than 9 of these guys :O maaaaan RNGesus hates me alot lol

Lol... I've gotten "The Machine" as a nasty nemesis in both play throughs, bastards that killed me repeatedly and came back after I finally offed them. In my seecond playthrough I had forgotten about the guy after I finally killed him. He came back like 25 levels later to be a pain.

This is good news though... You have a stronger orc to recruit now, it just makes you have to earn it.

okay it seems like i really fu*ked up here is why: if i would have shamed him before he became unbreakable i would have obtained him... maybe he would have died at some point and evolved to "the machine" but still fight as my loyal orc.. according to the comment section from this youtube video "the machine" is an extremely adaptable orc unit and veeeryyy hard to defeat( well that explain some things lol) so whenever you encounter "the machine" try to defeat him and recruit him for your army... this guy is like the ultimate weapon and i bet that he would be a nightmare for online pitfight enemies lol

2) you still haven’t made clear whether he has “unbreakble” as a trait, “iron will” as a trait, or both.
