MITHRIL rating (GRAVEWALKER)
Usefull tips:
- if you have one, activate an xp boost in the main game, it will work for the dlc too (secret hint. ;o)
- if you allready have some augments at the beginning (bronze, silver, gold or mithril), sell the silver, gold and mithril augments and use the bronze one (btw, from run to run you will get more and more money at the beginning untill you don't fail (backup your safegame file after every successfully run and restore it if you fail ;o)
- there are two orc missions shown in the map at the beginning, join them both and speed them up (Don't kill the orcs, except it's an orc vs orc mission. Just help the stronger orc to kill the weaker one then without beeing seen and without killing the stronger one)
- use the first skill points to make the mercenaries cheaper, buy your first legendary bodyguard then (a mercenary with bow and nearly no weaknesses is a good choice, because he keeps on distance and don't get so much damage therefore)
- attack the first outpost then and make excessive use of the stealth attack out of the air ... catapult yourself into the air to attack the orc captain on and on (except he is immune against stealth attacks ;o). If you catapult yourself into the air directly after your attacks, you are nearly unhitable by the orcs. ;o)
- get the skills to show the weaknesses of the orcs early and make use of the weaknesses against those orcs
- buy the next mercenary - this time a normal one - with nearly no weaknesses. Send him out to kill an orc with a high lvl and with as many weaknesses as possible. The higher the difference between the mercenary and the orc lvl the more xp and skill points you will gain. Help the mercenary to kill the orc (the mercenary has to survive or the points are lost). Call your bodyguard(s) to speed this up ... don't waste time ;o)
Btw you can discover the most orc captains by sending your mercenary to kill this orc. You can change the mission by sending him out to kill another orc captain. (secret hint ;o)
- If the lvl of the mercenary gets higher, send him to the free outpost (if you don't do that within 3 rounds, the outpost will be taken back by a new orc captain)
- lookout for an augment that gives you 300% boost on stealth attacks. It reduces your health by 50% (so be carefully ;o), but it let you kill the most orc captains with one or two stealth attacks !!! Don't use blind every augment. There are some augments with heavy disadvantages !!!
- go on with buying mercenaries, sending them to killing missions and conquer the other outposts as described allready. The orcs you kill and replace by mercenaries don't have to be fighted in the fortress at the end. That makes it much easier. ;o) If you have an orc captain that flees by somehting - bingo - you can use it on and on to farm xp and skill points ... don't kill this orc untill you get lots of xp and skill points. ;o)
- at the end you should have bought any mercenary and have killed any killable orc outside the fortress
- before you attack the fortress, you should have the skills to bust the gates and walls - it makes it easier for your troops, if you bust the gates and walls at the beginning of your attack (you have to shoot the grog barrels)
- don't call all of your bodyguards at the beginning of your fort attack, you can't call them for the overlord fight then an they are a great help against this sandspider then
