Anyways, if you don't care about his personality, using the Worse Than Death upgrade will make it easier to remove the Iron Will.
If you do care about his personality, just keep using the normal Shame and hope that you can remove it without destroying his mind.
But I shall warn you that if you choose the second option, it's probably going to take a REALLY LONG time. Unless you're lucky, of course.
I have never seen an orc get "destroyed" like that, permanently.
You don't even have to interfere. If your orcs aren't bad, they will overwhelm the enemy pretty easily.
Since this one has Enraged By Everything, I recommend sending defenders or even berserkers to fight him.
There's an upgrade that makes your pinning shot scare away enemy grunts. You can use the pinning shot on an enemy, stealth attack this same enemy (or another one) and stealth-chain the captain.
If he's not immune to fire, you can bring a Destroyer with a fire weapon to help you, since he will be throwing fire bombs at the enemy.
