Is there a way to move orcs between regions?

So I just got the game. I'm having fun with it but it's sad to me that I build up an army and get attached to my orcs in one region only to have to leave them behind and move on to the next. Is there some way to move them between regions. When I googled this all I found was posts from a couple years ago talking about how this was a microtransaction item you can buy to do it. Now that the microtransactions are gone is it just impossible?

Put them in garrison and voila. Cost 1000 mirian, doesnt look that much but it always empty my wallet. The first training order. Damn google xd, people dont try anything of their own and i have to explain the very basis . A little detail, if you put an orc in garrison he loses his blood bro so think about it if you get 2 brothers^^
