Missing 2nd last Shelob Memory

I hope someone can help me with this as I'm losing my mind over it. I'm missing the last 2 Shelob memories, and I am aware that the final one doesn't show up unless you have all the other ones. That being said, I've done every Haedir and according to them, I have all the memories. But I don't. I looked for guides on google, but for some reason any I find only list about half of the memories, all of which I have, so I'm hoping that by typing here, someone can help direct me to the one I'm missing. I have the following:
Witness to Power, The Everlasting Shelob, War Form, Fair Form, The Web Itself, Darkness Calls, Reading the Future, The New Order, Purge All History, Perfection, Order from Chaos, Tyrant, Sacrifice and A Dark Lord.
Please help if you can and tell me which one it is I'm missing so I can unlock the final one, thank you!

EDIT: okay I'm both♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥off and relieved. turns out there somehow was a Haedir that never showed up on my map in Seregost that I completely missed, which is now showing me the final memory and last artifacts I need. Thank god and JESUS ♥♥♥♥. Anyway, I don't need help as I've figured this out now. Hope this helps someone else!

DOUBLE EDIT: No I didn't! I just double checked and it was marked as already being purified because it was, but I flew over it on a Drake and used Wraith vision and it had a regular Sauron's eye over it? I don't understand how I've had it both unlocked and not unlocked but.. I guess I'm not complaining?

I had the same issue, the tower (Seregost, Top-Right on map) appeared purified and acted as though it was. But when I went to purify it again it finally showed me the last Gondorian Artifacts and Shelob Memories I needed.

But it shows the last memory is in minas morgul for me but there are only 3 towers and I’ve purified them all
