Can't Get Sword of Vengeance to Level 60 (SOLVED by commenter)

I've maxed out every other piece of the Vendetta set, but for the life of me I CANNOT max out the Sword of Vengeance.

The upgrade challenge text says:
Use a Brutal Execution to kill an Online Vendetta target of at least level 55.

As far as I can tell, a Brutal Execution (as opposed to your bog standard Execution) requires the following:
a) owning the Brutal Aggression skill (which I definitely do),
b) having both the orange and red halves of the Wrath bar FULLY charged first (which is really annoyingly hard but which I'm VERY careful to do),
c) pressing the F key (ok, I'm a kb+m luddite),
d) using the sword (which I'm doing),
e) on an Online Vendetta target of at least level 55!

I've done ALL of the above at least half a dozen times now. Zilch. Zip. Nada.

Oh, and I'm wearing the entire rest of the Vendetta set at the same time too, for that nice coordinated murdery ensemble look. ;)

So I've got no bloody clue what I'm doing wrong here!

Help me, Obi-Forum Kenobi, you're my only hope.

1. Take off the of the Brutal Execution upgrade that only makes it use half the bar.

So that the kill uses both bars fully.

2. The Brutal Execution must be the killing blow, as in that move has to kill them.

Yes, I forgot to mention, I've been careful to time it so that the Brutal Execution (F key) was the killing blow in each case.

But you're right, I HAVE had the Ceaseless Might upgrade active every time so far!

I'm off to go deactivate that upgrade and try again without it! Here's hoping! ...

Having a pain in the ass time doing this, myself.

I have the upgrades disabled, so that's not the problem... the problem is that I keep getting the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid executions where the uruk has something to say and then I get a QTE to do to finish the execution.

So how in the hell do I keep the QTE from happening? Is damned frustrating

I took the upgrade off and the orc had literally 1 health left and STILL that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ QTE execution...

AND now it forced the QTE execution when I tried to get the Shadow Strike Kill with the Bow.....

Ok I found another fix: Burn the orc's health down and let the orc win the QTE ♥♥♥♥, then burn him down again and THEN do the Brutal Execution.

Since the orc has used his Last Chance all ready, he does not have that ability anymore.

I have the Same problem they won't STFU and let me Execute always have something to say altering how they Die like Decap or just "kill"
