99% of all orcs in my game has it and its like never goes away even after 20+ shames.
Funnest part of the Iron Will mechanic is when you have 6 of your best orcs all decide to pull a betrayal at once, which gives them Iron Will as well. That's a fun one. And yes, I've had 3 times 6 betrayals at onces, and 4 5 betrayals at once. Good times.
I love the Nemesis system and the betrayals, but it does get wholly ridiculous at times.
So far I've decided to stick with Overlord + Warchiefs + 1 body guard/ea (always trying to stay outnumbered) and I've yet to see a rebellion on my ~50h.
Yeah, the Reb thing was added in 1.7. I think its a good idea, as it dose get less interesting if you have branded every orc. lol
I have over 100 orcs to deploy. I'm Level 53 and in Act 4. At this point, it's better to just kill everything and get the look and experience. It's actually challenging for me (on Nemesis difficulty) now that I'm facing Captains that are Level 57+
Also, if you are trying to level up your character, then it's best to leave numerous spots free. This creates more Nemesis missions (not the friendly kill Caragors/Graugs which don't reward XP), between friendly and enemy Captains = XP.
