Lost my elven rage skill points

So I entered act 4 yesterday, instead of elven rage Dark Talion has the ringwraith ultimate ability instead. I had frost, fire, and poison explosions unlocked for my elven rage.

Now I get the ringwraith ultimate but all of its upgrades are locked and i didn't get my points back.

Wtf? :(

no matter, by the time you get all skill points, you'd find 3 of them redundant

I prefer Ringwraith, because you get gondorian ghosts helping you for a brief momet, then you raise the dead

It's not like the game has a shortage of skill points being handed out.
